Meet M.T.I. Team - Transcending Trading Boundaries

Since 2019, M.T.I. has paid millions of NTD in profits to traders, proving our commitment to success and capability.

Background and Mission

Since its establishment in Singapore in 2019, Monster Trading INC (M.T.I.) Academy has been dedicated to providing exceptional learning value to investors and enhancing their confidence in trading and investing. We guide students to understand and respond to market volatility, transforming investment fears into strategic advantages. Through a rigorous talent screening process, we have carefully selected first-class trading experts.

Starting with offline courses, M.T.I. Academy later expanded to online teaching, quickly building a large and loyal student base globally. In March 2023, we established a Malay-speaking instructor team and launched online live teaching in the Malay region. In June of the same year, a Vietnamese-speaking instructor team was also established. We not only replicated effective teaching methods but also made necessary adjustments and innovations based on regional characteristics. Currently, we are preparing to establish a Taiwan team and sincerely invite more excellent traders and instructors to join our growing family.

Launch a one-stage Prop Firm Challenge, breaking traditional two-stage restrictions, shortening preparation cycles, reducing friction, and solving the pain points of cumbersome processes and excessive costs in one go.

Expanded multi-field financial mentor team (Forex/Commodities/US Stocks/Indices/Crypto Assets), with courses and Q&A sessions filling gaps, solving the gap of not learning methods and having no one to answer questions when encountering bottlenecks.

Launched member live streaming, with instructors providing intraday/post-market analysis of structure, techniques, and review, synchronizing learning with market conditions, simultaneously resolving confusion in market watching, lack of on-site support, and disorderly review.

Android version launched in the same month, consistent experience across dual platforms, eliminating device limitations and expanding accessibility.

Officially support Mainland China user registration and usage, expanding service coverage, reducing access barriers and payment obstacles.

Introduced French trading room instructor Maggie's series courses, systematically teaching Order Flow/Market Depth practical applications, filling gaps in chart detail recognition and entry/exit basis.

Six-sense trading expert Darren brings market sense enhancement and multi-timeframe rhythm strategies, improving the gap of "understanding but not executing well", transforming intuition into trainable methods.

What are Prop Firms and Institutional Challenges

Traditionally, only fund managers could use institutional funds for trading to help increase institutional company returns. Fund managers need to pass CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification, which has three levels and can only be taken one level per year. Even highly capable fund managers need at least three years to fully pass. Additionally, when operating institutional funds worth hundreds of millions, fund managers must strictly control risks, aiming to earn profits for institutions and receive bonuses.

In contrast, Prop Firm targets ordinary users or novice traders, who only need to demonstrate their risk management skills and ability to profit consistently to M.T.I. Prop Firm to have a chance to handle substantial simulated trading funds. M.T.I.
